The PearlHarbor.Discount Low Price Guarantee is available to travelers who have booked a tour, activity or excursion with PearlHarbor.Discount. If you find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of your booking, and your request is approved, we will match the rate, or if you have already paid in full, we will refund the difference.

To request the Low Price Guarantee for your booking, please email us no more than 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

Claims are eligible only if they are for the same activity or tour, as booked through PearlHarbor.Discount and are available for booking at the time you contact PearlHarbor.Discount.

Claims are eligible only if the lower rate is allowable within vendor guidelines. Any additional fees charged by the other online activity/tour agency such as booking, service or handling fees would adjust the final price.

The PearlHarbor.Discount Low Price Guarantee only applies to advertised rates and are available to the general public. This does not include group, charter, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator rates, etc.

The PearlHarbor.Discount Low Price Guarantee only applies if you meet all requirements of the lower rate. For example: residency, regional, past-guest, age-related requirements, etc.

The PearlHarbor.Discount Low Price Guarantee only applies to the cost of the activity, including booking fees. Additional items such as taxes, meals, admission fees and / or dollars off are not eligible.

All requests are at the sole discretion of and subject to approval by PearlHarbor.Discount. PearlHarbor.Discount decisions are final. To maintain the integrity of this policy, PearlHarbor.Discount cannot accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower fare.

Approved requests will receive credit to their booking credit card within 7-10 business days of approval.

Void where prohibited by law. PearlHarbor.Discount reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability.

Any cancellation of this program will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Price Guarantee and the Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
